🍄 Meet Annie Flores, the incredible Latina Mushroom farmer passionate about mycology and sustainable farming! With a background in organic chemistry and over 13 years of experience as a hobby grower, Annie has turned her love for mushrooms into a thriving business.

As the founder of Hillside Mushrooms, based in the warm climate of Bakersfield, California, Annie specializes in cultivating over 20 strains of mushrooms for scaled production environments. Her expertise in building self-contained sterilizing systems and cultivation SOPs sets her apart in the industry.
